What Happens After I make a deposit?
After making your deposit you will receive an email from our reservation agent with more information on finalizing your booking.
Once you’ve selected a property and travel dates, you will receive a booking link with your $300 deposit and 10% discount applied.
You will continue to work one on one with a personal concierge to plan your dream vacation in paradise!
When is the final balance due, and how do I pay it?
The due date of the final balance depends on the selected property:
Waterfront Villas & Condos – Your balance will be due 45 days before the check-in date.
Private Islands – Your balance will be due 90 days before the check-in date.
The exact date will be in your confirmation email after you’ve selected a property and travel dates. On the due date, you will receive a payment link from us to complete the final payment.
What is the cancellation policy for this offer?
You can request a full refund of your deposit amount up to 60 days after the payment is processed. After 60 days, the depsit becomes non-refundable.
