    • Eligible Stay Dates: Valid for travel on any dates between January 1, 2026 – November 13, 2026.

    • Direct Bookings Only: This offer is exclusive to guests who book directly through the Gecko Vacation Rentals website or reservation team. Bookings made via OTAs (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) or external Travel Agents are excluded and will not receive the free nights.
