Sales & Marketing

We have formed strategic partnerships with numerous entities in the USA, Canada and Belize to drive traffic and bookings. Over the past two years we have implemented and continue to refine a custom reservations system and guest travel portal to automate and streamline the booking process.

We have a team of well trained reservationists and concierges to ensure the booking process and guest experiences are as smooth as possible. In 2023 the great majority of all our reservations were organic bookings originating off our web site and not via third party booking sites. This provides a much better experience for our guests and saves on commissions and fees for both guests and owners alike. We create specific marketing initiatives that are designed to targeted groups and our vast internal database that we have built over the past decade. We are very proud of our high repeat and prior guest referral percentage of total bookings.

We also focus daily on ensuring the best performance of our properties on the traditional marketing sites and partner at high levels with many of these sites as evidenced by our “WIN THE ISLAND” promotion with VRBO. This ever changing and evolving multi-faceted approach to sales and marketing ensures our managed properties continue to have a high occupancy rate and meet financial goals.

Providing owners with accurate and timely accounting and reporting is an absolute requirement and something we take very seriously. In 2020 we completed installation of an enterprise full accounting software that was fully customized to fit our unique business needs and requirements. The purchase and implementation of this system by our team of professional accountants both in the USA and Belize was a major investment both in dollars and time but one that was required to ensure all our owners receive accurate and timely financial statements and reports.


We maintain close relationships with local & international vendors and receive a consistent supply of quality goods at competitive rates. Getting parts and items needed to maintain the properties is not an easy task in Belize. Having the experience to quickly and at a reasonable price find the unique item needed definitely does not happen overnight or come easy. Our maintenance management team has over the past 10 years developed a proven list of go to suppliers. Having a warehouse in Placencia to store common need items males getting needed parts much faster. In addition, having a warehouse in Texas to ship stuff that can only be sourced in the USA is a huge resource and advantage that our property owners get the benefits of.
