Dine on local specialties prepared by a roster of guest chefs from celebrated kitchens around the world. Swim with whale sharks at nearby Gladden Spit, one of the few places where these gentle giants congregate each spring. Book a spa treatment or boat charter through your personal concierge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
A full refund (less a 3.5% credit card fee) is available if the booking is cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival. This credit card fee can be waived by paying by wire transfer.
A 20% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 90 and 61 days prior to the arrival date.
A 100% fee applies if the booking is cancelled within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Since Gladden only has one group on the island at a time it is very difficult to fill cancelled bookings. All travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any potential trip interruption or cancellation.

Gladden’s rate is $39,500 for 10 nights/2 guests
Rates include taxes and fees.
Staff gratuity is customary but discretionary and is not included in rates.
Meals, beverages from our premium alcohol selection and activities/excursions are
included.
For the safety of guests and staff excessive alcohol consumption while on island may be
capped at the discretion of the manager.
Beverages from our reserve list are available for an additional fee and can be purchased
prior to your visit through the islands concierge.
Bar hop excursions are capped $100 for the duration of your stay.
Rates include personal chef, 24/7 butler, boat captain/boat, massage therapist and
concierge.
For a group of 2 staying 7 nights or more a transfer on the Bell 206 helicopter from
Belize City to Gladden is included in your rate. Domestic flights from Placencia to Belize
City are included on departure.
For a group of 4 staying 7 nights or more a transfer on the Bell 407 helicopter from
Belize City to Gladden Island is included in your rate. Domestic flights from Placencia to
Belize City are included on departure.
For guests staying 4-5 nights domestic flights are included on arrival and departure.
Astrum Helicopters requires passengers to adhere to weight guidelines and baggage
size restrictions as outlined in the attached documentation. Please provide accurate
weights and ensure your luggage meets the size requirements. Exceeding limits will
result in surcharges at guests expense.
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any losses should their trip
need to be cancelled for any reason.
Any outstanding balances must be cleared before guests check out and will be charged
to the credit card information on file.
