Perched high over a gently flowing stream and next to a small post card waterfall, the luxurious 5,000 square foot home blends in with nature and the surrounding beauty. From the minute you walk across the bridge into the front door you are greeted with amazing views of the surrounding Maya Mountains and the stream below. The soaring 30 foot high ceilings made from native thatch and rich Belizean hard wood floors make the views inside as amazing as the view outside. The all rock pool and hot tub perched over the cliffs edge make for the ideal spot to relax and take in the amazing sights and sounds of the rainforest. The home has two beautiful private master suites located on the first floor as well as a large study with full bath that could also be used as a kids bedroom.
While the home has air conditioning in both master suites and all the comforts of a true 5 star resort it operates 100% from the high end solar system located a few hundred yards away in the staff area. The home has the most efficient air conditioning system, lights and appliances available which makes it possible to run exclusively off the solar system.
A Valley Stream experience will be anything but ordinary. Spend a day hiking on the miles of diverse private trails along the stream, through the twenty acres of tropical flower gardens and the mountains on the property. Watch the amazing birds that call Valley Stream home, swim in the crystal clear cool river or pick your own oranges right from one of the trees in the meticulously maintained private orchard. After an adventurous day relax and enjoy the spectacular view in the hot tub or pool with a cocktail in hand and listen as the jungle comes alive.

Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
A full refund (less a 3.5% credit card fee) is available if the booking is cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival.
A 20% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 90 and 61 days prior to the arrival date.
A 100% fee applies if the booking is cancelled within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover this risk.
Due to the unknown nature of Covid 19 if guests are unable to travel on their booked dates due to the closure of Belize City Airport as related to Covid-19 and a refund is not owed guests will be rebooked for new dates based on availability.

Valley Stream’s rate is USD$3,695/night
This rate includes all taxes and fees.
Rates are per night for exclusive use.
Staff gratuity is customary and not included in Gladdens rates.
Land based transfers to/from the island are included on arrival and departure.
Meals, beverages from our premium alcohol selection and activities/excursions are
included
Excessive alcohol consumption while on the property may be capped at the discretion of
the manager.
Beverages from our reserve list are available for an additional fee
Rates include personal chef, 24/7 butler, massage therapist and concierge.
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any losses should their trip
need to be cancelled due to unforeseen/unexpected events including cancelled or
delayed flights, illness and weather related delays.
Guests are required to have international flights arrive by 1:30pm to ensure arrival before
sundown.
Any outstanding balances including helicopter transfers must be cleared before guest
check out.
