Accommodations:
Prince Island accommodates up to 18 adults and 4 children (or 20 adults and 2 children) in a luxurious collection of villas and rooms. The island features four one-bedroom villas with king-sized beds, two spacious two-bedroom villas, one with two king-sized beds and the other with a king-sized bed and bunk beds for children, and two elegant king bedrooms in the main house.

Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Upon check-in a damage deposit of $700 will be held on your card until after check-out. If the booking is made after [or within 3 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Guest agrees that all additional services purchased through our concierge are non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file upon the booking of those services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All amounts paid under the lease (less a non-refundable $50 per unit booking fee) shall be refunded when Guest elects to cancel the lease at least 60 days prior to the arrival date contained in this lease. If the lease is canceled at any point after 60 days from the arrival date contained in this lease, all payments made under the lease shall be non-refundable and retained by Lessor.
Failure to make lease payments when due shall result in the Guest being in default of this lease agreement and the lease shall be deemed cancelled by Lessor if any payment due is not paid within 48 hours of the date such payment was due.
The property manager strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance, to protect the guests in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as; interruption of travel due to weather, personal emergency or illness.

Kanu’s rate for reserved dates is USD $25,475
This rate is inclusive for 8 Guests
This rate includes taxes and fees
Kanu can accommodate up to 10 adults and 10 children
Additional adults are $220/pp/pn
Additional children (ages 2+) are $120/pp/pn
Reservations are subject to a 15% surcharge during the holiday season
Rates are per night for exclusive use
Staff gratuity is customary and not included in Kanus rates. Industry standard is 10% of rental
rate but should be based on guest satisfaction with the service provided.
Domestic flights and speed boat transfers from Belize City to Placencia are included on arrival.
The same is included on guest departure.
One additional return trip to the mainland is included for a 7 night stay.
Meals, domestic spirits and beer and local excursions are included.
Wine/Champagne, mainland excursions, diving and deep sea fishing are available at an
additional cost.
Excessive alcohol consumption while on island may be capped at the discretion of the manager
for the safety of guests and staff.
Rates include personal chef, concierge, boat captain, 7 seater boat for excursions around the
island, massage therapist and housekeeping staff.
Boat transfers to/from the island and mainland or for more lengthy excursions can be arranged
at an additional cost. 24 hours notice is required for additional boat transfers
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any loses should their trip need to
be cancelled due to unforeseen/unexpected events
International flights must arrive by 1:30pm to ensure arrival on the island before sundown.
