**GETTING FROM THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO PRINCE ISLAND**
All international flights arrive and depart through Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City. Upon arrival, our team member will greet you outside customs and immigration and direct your group to the designated transfer area.
From BZE, a short 15-minute domestic flight will take you to San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Our concierge will assist with arranging these flights after your reservation is confirmed (please note the cost of domestic flights is not included in your stay rate). Upon landing in San Pedro, our team will greet you and transfer you to the island by private speedboat — approximately 25 minutes. This speedboat transfer is included in your stay.
**BOOKING FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY**
120 days or more prior to arrival: full refund less $450 booking fee
Less than 120 days prior to arrival: no refund
This policy applies to direct bookings only. Guests who book through third-party platforms or Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB) are subject to the cancellation terms of their respective booking channel.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 3 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Guest agrees that all additional services purchased through our concierge are non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file upon the booking of those services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All amounts paid under the lease (less a non-refundable $450 booking fee) shall be refunded when Guest elects to cancel the lease at least 120 days prior to the arrival date contained in this lease. If the lease is canceled at any point after 120 days from the arrival date contained in this lease, all payments made under the lease shall be non-refundable and retained by Lessor.
Failure to make lease payments when due shall result in the Guest being in default of this lease agreement and the lease shall be deemed cancelled by Lessor if any payment due is not paid within 48 hours of the date such payment was due.
The property manager strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance, to protect the guests in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as; interruption of travel due to weather, personal emergency or illness.

Rates are per night for exclusive use
Staff gratuity is customary and not included in Prince Island rates. Industry standard is 10% of rental rate but should be based on guest satisfaction with the service provided.
Speed boat transfers from San Pedro airport to Prince Island are included on arrival.
The same is included on guest departure.
One additional return trip to the mainland is included for a 7 night stay.
Meals, domestic spirits and beer and local excursions are included.
Wine/Champagne, mainland excursions, diving and deep sea fishing are available at an additional cost.
Excessive alcohol consumption while on island may be capped at the discretion of the manager for the safety of guests and staff.
Rates include personal chef, concierge, boat captain, boat for excursions around the island, massage therapist and housekeeping staff, sunset cruise, Holchan Marine Reserve Excursion.
Boat transfers to/from the island and mainland or for more lengthy excursions can be arranged at an additional cost. 24 hours notice is required for additional boat transfers
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any loses should their trip need to be cancelled due to unforeseen/unexpected events
International flights must arrive by 1:30pm to ensure arrival on the island before sundown.
